Branding and personalise from admin

Let Admin easy brand the whole thing without having to use snipets to hide elements or to modify login etc.

In my opinion Admin Branding is properly handled by plugins. No need to incorporate it in core.

The login Page customization made it through the core.
I think however that a complete “white label” is plugin territory.
