With the official release of V1, I raised the question of Official ClassicPress support with my hoster. While my contactperson did not give a direct yes, they are aware of ClassicPress and are ready to help anybody who need help. For now they have no plans to take special measures, as WordPress 4.9 hosting works well enough and people that want CP can manually switch over. As ClassicPress and WordPress continue to divert, they’ll start taking it under bigger consideration.

Summarized, they are aware of CP and are positive towards it but are not yet committing to offering CP hosting as a product.

Thanks for following up with them! Every contact we make as a community counts, and one of my favorite sayings is “Don’t ask, don’t get” so… we need to keep asking :slight_smile:
