Regarding posting diagnostic data…
If users will be requested to post diagnostic data publicly, it would be kind to build in some sort of auto-obfuscation of paths in the generated reports.
Something like: anywhere a path is displayed, there’s 2 containers…one hidden, one visible. By default, the hidden containers contain randomly generated (public safe) paths for copy/paste, while the visible containers contain the actual paths for when you need the real values. Then, a simple checkbox and a line or 2 of jquery or CSS to toggle the real/fake values.
This isn’t a necessity, but it sure would be a nicety.
