Stats for Update Manager Release Candidate 1

New plugin.
It adds the statistical part to Update Manager from CodePotent.
So you can see how many active installations of your plugin are in the wild :slight_smile:

I have to thank @anon71687268 that have added all the magic hooks that make it possible to do this and gave me a lot of suggestions and helped to solve a lot of issues!
Many thanks also to @ozfiddler that tested it and found the first bug!

Awesome! Thanks for taking the initiative to put this together! As far as I know, you’re the first to build an official extension for a Code Potent plugin and I’m extremely grateful for the time and effort you’ve put into it.
