Wording: Another great website powered by ClassicPress vs Just another WordPress site

Wording: Another great website powered by ClassicPress vs Just another WordPress site.

I feel that the use of the word “Another” have to much in common with WordPress. This wording have been used for so many years and may in fact have trademark implications.

I recommend that ClassicPress creates a more direct word association that is more inline with it’s slogan.

Example: Your Business-focused CMS Platform or The Business CMS etc.

English is not my mother tongue, but what about:
“One more great website powered by ClassicPress”?

Maybe shorter… Your Biz. Your ClassicPress

“Another” in this case is meant to imply “there are many like it, but this one is mine.” I see no problem with re-using this one word from the WordPress site tagline.

This works as a message to the site owner, but not as a message to site visitors. The site tagline needs to make sense for both groups.

IANAL but I don’t think you can trademark a common English word as part of a longer phrase.

“Just another WordPress website” could be trademarked, but as far as I know, it isn’t.
