400 Bad Request when searching CP Directory Integration

Expected behavior

When I search in the CP directory integration page, I should get a list of results.

Current behavior

It says 400 Bad Request.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on “Install CP Plugins”
  2. Type Something
  3. Hit Enter
  4. Bad Request (400). No plugins found.

Context

Is it my host doing stupid things, or a common problem?

I think I’ve managed how to solve this.
@Frank419 can you please check this pull request solves the problem? Or just confirm the “Before” checklist in the pull request.
