hi. the altcha plugin doesn’t work in classicPress.

and I don’t want spyware or expensive captchas.

what to do?

could someone make one that works?

I don’t know that plugin. Could you link to it so that everyone can see what it does and maybe fork or replicate it?

Question: are you using the free tier or the paid one?
While some of us look at the code there’s one thing you can do: write to Altcha devs and let them know you do want to use it on ClassicPress - they might be able to help in making it compatible for both.
Just mention they could put in a function that checks what CMS it’s installed on and activates the right course of functions for it so that plugin can have both sets of code (for WP and for CP) and activate them accordingly.
Also do invite them here if they need to know more about CP.
In the coming days I will go and have a look at it because I think I want to use it on my ClassicPress website since it states it handles GDPR readiness and I live in Italy (thanks for bringing this to the attention of the people here).

issue with that, I don’t know if they have any contact method, I was searching for a non ableist captcha with chatGPT so roflflflflflflflflflflflflfl

They have a GitHub. You can open an Issue there….
