Could avatars be added to the Developers page?

It can be, the only thing is which avatar do we use. Right now multiple users can be connected to a developer profile, and each user can have multiple profiles.
Probably better to leverage the image uploading mentioned in Add support for icons and banners - #2 by wadestriebel

I think it would need to be a specific upload on the developer profile.
