Break large js files in small pieces when WP_DEBUG_SCRIPTS is enabled

Maybe we can break the huge js files in smaller pieces when the WP_DEBUG_SCRIPTS is enabled. It is hard to look into files like:

wp-admin/js/customize-controls.js
wp-includes/js/media-views.js

especially when the documentation is poor

It’s very unlikely that we would break up JS files into pieces. There’s really no benefit. I’m closing this petition.
