I uploaded this version on my CP 1.6 site, and it appears to work fine… I then downloaded CLASSIC SEO release 2.1.3… as soon as I upload and activate it, I get a white-screen on both front-end and back-end. Is there a fix for this?
I just tested installing 2.1.3 on CP 1.6 using PHP 7.4. No issues.
If you’re on cPanel hosting, look at the public_html folder using File Manager. See if there is a error_log file. If it’s not there, you can try looking at /home/$USERNAME/logs/$DOMAIN_TLD.php.error.log.
In the error log, look at the timestamps. Find the relevant errors using timestamps and see what the errors are. It could be a theme/plugin conflict.
