I accidentally ran into Diátaxis Framework listening to a Django podcast (of all things). This seems to be a solid framework for creating technical documentation. I’m posting this as a reference in case anyone working on documentation (for CP or their own docs) needs help figuring out how to structure documentation and what type of information to create.
They have a nice presentation walking through the framework.
