Hi, I am Aryan and I use and Write Genesis Tutorials. Are we allowed to fork Genesis? without permission? What about giving the credits for the code?

I am not in Genesis Community but wonder if it is allowed to fork Premium Themes. I am also interested to know what the community builds with it.
