Forum User Tutorials (Discobot)

Just to expand on the discussion from Where are the tutorials?:

To access the forum tutorials:

  1. Click on your user avatar / icon
  2. Click on the envelope :email:
  3. Click on New Message
  4. Enter @discobot in the “Add a user” field
  5. Enter any subject
  6. Then in the message box, enter the commands as required:

To have a go at the new user tutorial:

@discobot start tutorial

To have a go at the advanced user tutorial:

@discobot start advanced tutorial

Plus, there always the help command:

@discobot display help

If you copy and paste the above commands, be sure to remove the quotes that will appear in the message box.

Just thought I’d mention this as I struggled to find these at first.

Could this be pinned somewhere?

That sort of helps, but it doesn’t say where you put that command.

Again, how do you do that?

Click your avatar, click the Envelope. Create a new message for discobot and in the message write discobot start tutorial. It’s funny!
