Homepage template of ClassicPress Theme

Hi,

Because the homepage template of the ClassicPress Theme has no page title, there’s no space between header and content.

Page title is being set in file header.php and I suggest changing the condition so it’s displayed at homepage as well. Or at least add a setting to the Customizer so user can decide. If no page title is set, than add space (margin) via CSS.
