For sites that publish multiple posts in a day, it would be really helpful if the default view when looking at the Posts list included the time as well as the date.
An optional extra that I found in a long-abandoned plugin that added times (WordPress Scheduled Time) is a text colour change strictly on the date/time column: green for scheduled, yellow for draft, red for trash. It makes it very easy to see quickly whether there are posts ready to go or needing approval, especially if there are multiple authors.
