Sybre Waaijer, from The SEO Framework plugin, just announced Troy, an alternative plugin distribution channel for WordPress.

Maybe we should get in touch with him to work a better integration between Troy and ClassicPress? It’s a promising way to depend less on WordPress\.org’s plugin distribution. Also, get in touch with the FAIR people.

About the FAIR plugin, it already works in ClassicPress after they solved an issue with the Update URI header that was not respected.
