Nag for failed ClassicPress update

EDIT: As @fwolf suggested deleting nafeza prayer times plugin made the nag disappear.

After launching updates for 4 plugins on my site https://elidabettacarrara.com the site went maintenance mode (both back-end and front-end) for five minutes before coming back online with this “ClassicPress failed update” notice.
Clicking through brings to the update page in an endless loop.
PHP error logs (what I am able to retrieve from hosting panel) seem unrelated. (Nafeza prayer times was not on the update list and the error it shows here has been submitted to dev via WP support forum).

Expected behavior

Notice should not be there.

Context

Recently I had to check the site to troubleshoot JavaScript issues. I have taken down all affected plugins. The issues were occurring both front-end and back-end. Might that be related with this issue?
Thanks for the help.

Slack convo:

The file_get_contents error might seem unrelated, but: I’d try to get rid of them.
A wild guess is eg. a limiter set by your web host to too many errors occuring when trying to access URLs.

That might get in the way of the WP HTTP API, and hinder or even lead to failed or broken downloads.

Alas, its just a wild guess - but any kind of errors related to remote access would make my spidey senses tingle, so to speak

That’s what I was thinking.
Aruba told me they did nothing nor pushed updates to core.
I was updating plugins, and both this plugin and core were outsourcing data from outside. So it’s easy this plugin broke the update process. I am going to take it down entirely. Islam related plugins caused too much trouble… I have to rethink how to show that content safely in case I really want to maintain that part of my site.
Thanks for looking into that @fwolf.
