Option to disable (gr)avatar in adminbar

If (gr)avatar is used, provide extra option to disable the (gr)avatar icon in adminbar, it currently allows external tracking of all admin navigation.

This already exists in ClassicPress core.

Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion and (all the way at the bottom) you will find a checkbox to “Show Avatars”. Uncheck that box and save the settings. The Gravatar (and the external request) are removed from the admin bar and an internal dashicon is used instead.
