Pagination doesn't take you to top of page

Just an annoyance of mine, clicking through the pages doesn’t take you back to the top of the page.

Pagination needs to be done using an <a> element and a full page load instead of using AJAX. The screen not scrolling correctly is one of multiple issues caused by the current way of doing it. Another one is that the “links” simply don’t work in some browsers.
