Can you install Query Monitor?

Looks like a plugin is using remove_menu_page in the wrong way.

Thanks for your reply.

The only thing I found with Query Monitor is I was using depreciated contextual_help_list to remove the help tab.
Maybe that was the problem.

It was remove_menu_page. It was using admin_init rather than admin_menu.
