I just discovered a site that did NOT get upgraded to CP; the site is still sitting on 4.9.8. Please provide a link that shows me the EXACT steps to upgrade to CP… I do have a BACKUP of the WP version, but can’t remember what I had to do to move from 4.9.8. Look forward to an answer as soon as possible. Thanks!

You should be able to simply migrate from WP 4.9.8 to CP using the plugin.

Just upload the zip file as a new plugin and hit the switch button.

If not, follow the instructions here from the ClassicPress website.

It IS ClassicPress 1.0.1 that should be installed, right? Everything worked like a charm from the instructions page. No errors, no problems appearing yet.
