Visiting the groups page I’ve noticed that there is a group for TL3 users (that at today are seventeen) but the group is closed and includes just four people.

That’s my bad, I’ve changed the group to be open for requests. Being in that group doesn’t provide any added benefit, just gives you the Flair and Title
What if “Title” is not an option in your profile?
You should have it now - it was just because you weren’t in a group and you hadn’t received access to the Regular group yet! All fixed now
