Stripe integration for classic commerce?

For anyone using an older version of WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin, a vulnerability was fixed in 7.4.1. The best option is to apply the patch manually at this time:

This security flaw caught my eye this morning. https://securityaffairs.com/147464/security/woocommerce-stripe-payment-gateway-flaw.html It appears this has been fixed in the latest version of the plugin but the latest version of the plugin is not compatible with ClassicPress. Anyone have any advice on how to keep ClassicPress sites using this plugin secure?
