Any idea what could cause the installation to fail?
Is it because this site was updated through FTP before?
Yes, this looks like an issue with file permissions. (I can’t read Dutch, and I’m on my phone right now, but I think it’s saying it failed to copy the options.php file).

@james I got it working by using FTP to overwrite the file rights.
