Just tried a different site, and the update did not go through. I tried several times but got the following message each time:
Downloading update from https://github.com/ClassicPress/ClassicPress-release/archive/1.1.3.zip…
Download failed.: Internal Server Error
Installation Failed

Looks like GitHub is not working. I get 500 server error on every page including the home page.
