Does the community see a need for video tutorials?
I started making websites by hand in 2003, a few weeks before WordPress was forked. I’m a native English speaker from the midwest U.S., now living internationally. I was a WordCamp Ranger in San Francisco in 2013 and 2014.
I left WP about the same time as Gutenberg arrived. I have made around 1,000 sites on several platforms. I’m a “return-bee” the architecture after discovering ClassicPress. I’m re-learning, and therefore, needing some hand-holding. Several in the community have been extremely patient and helpful.

I can narrate videos for the community, provided I have some error-free scripts. I don’t think there would need to be any charge for this. I have experience teaching English.
I already have a couple of neglected channels, and some experience, and I need to learn these skills anyway. We could make tutorials as the need arises and I can upload within a short time.
Any thoughts?

I sure could use some! I just migrated (AAALLL of my sites were 10+ years old and broken AF, thank you WordPress :P) and I can not figure out how to customize anything. Going into the various Appearance options just loads a blank white page that says “You are customizing [headers, fonts, whatever]” but has nothing to interact with.

If the sites were already broken when you migrated them, migration by itself is unlikely to fix them sufficiently to make the Customizer work.
Do you have any errors in the browser console? Have you enabled error logging and if so, what’s in the log?

They were kinda-sorta working in customizer at the time. Installing an older (and apparently compatible) theme seems to have fixed that particular issue, but I’m still basically re-learning the whole process after (mumble) years of not messing with it. ^.^’

It sounds like their themes had been modified at some point to work with blocks, which would have made them largely incompatible with the Customizer. Good to have you on the ClassicPress train!
