I’m exploring new ways to streamline market research for my business and stumbled across the idea of using AI tools like ChatGPT to generate insights. Has anyone here tried using ChatGPT for things like analyzing customer sentiment, generating survey questions, or simulating consumer behavior? If so, how did it work for you?
Also, while looking into this, I came across Personno. It seems to be geared specifically toward market research and uses AI respondents modeled after real people. It sounds interesting, but I’m curious if anyone has experience with it or similar tools.
It.could help tailor CP content strategy if we identify a target market with more definition.
AI is a tool IMHO, and as such there’s nothing wrong with using it with discernment.
Was NOT discarding the idea of “AI”, just the thread was started with “I’m exploring new ways to streamline market research for my business” and didn’t really elaborate on how AI might apply to CP, that’s all.
