Currently, only https://wp-devil.de is running on CP. Its my main blog these days, and also a text bed for my plugins, to some extend.
But I’m working on setting up my very own portfolio site with CP, and as if that wouldnt be already enough, even using Multisite, for multilingual content
Although I’ve initially just wanted to use it, essentially, for setting up extended forms with CF 7 and the CF 7 Conditional Fields plugin, I’ve recently decided, to also properly set up my portfolio. Before, that has always been an excerpt of the most recent or remarkable projects I’ve been doing, but for some of them, I want a bit more than just a singular screen or a bit of text, e.g. the datacolor website.

Plugin compatability is my main concern atm. Some seem to want to drop 4.9 support asap.

I’ve put my money where my mouth is - my own agency site is now running CP.
I’m also running over 20 other operational sites on CP (some mine, most for clients) and some projects under development.

I had to LOL at that comment. Creating a WP theme (and by extension a CP theme) is a giant pain in the ass. Certainly the CMS itself doesn’t “help”, I loosely followed a couple of “guides” to find my way through WP functions (neither of which were provided by Wordpress themselves).
