@Petru sometimes CP will be recognized by those systems as WP. Our main site is made with CP.
Since CP is a fork of WP those systems are not yet equipped to recognize it as CP (so a standalone CMS) and rarely they indicate it as such.
From the screenshot it seems they were able to detect it however.

as per your question: it is possible to migrate from the latest WP to CP via the migration plugin that you find on CP main site, yes. Given that you check that your theme and plugins do work in CP. I would create a staging site (or a local copy) of your site to test migration, if it goes well you can migrate the live site. If you incur in problems migrating a local copy to CP you can ask here to get that solved and then reach a point where you can safely migrate your live site.
