WP and CP plugin

I have a WP plugin (Canalplan) which at the moment works with WP and CP but does not support WP’s blocks, and never will so eventually it will stop working. At the moment it’s sitting in the WP repository.

Couple of questions:

  1. What do I need to do to my plugin to indicate that it’s CP compatible

  2. What do I need to do if I want to basically abandon the WP repository and move it so it’s in the CP repository

You don’t need to do anything for (1).

For (2), ClassicPress has a directory and not a repository. In other words, CP doesn’t host plugins or themes but keeps details of them in such a way that users can install them via the directory.

For a plugin to be listed in the directory, you should follow the guidelines at Directory Requirements | ClassicPress Documentation
