CURL error

Trying to MIGRATE to 1.6 CP… get the following error:

Could not communicate with the ClassicPress API server {“status”:“cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired”}

I’ve checked the outgoing connections already, and there are no problems showing. HELP, please!
